We never drill into your UPVC or brickwork. We use professional gutter clips, sticky mounts, and discrete cable clips (if you don't have fascia boards) to keep your property flawless.

Don't risk your neck on a wobbly ladder. We have the specialist access equipment and experience to safely reach up to three stories high.
The Winter Weather Guarantee:
British winters can be brutal. If high winds knock a bulb loose, your package includes one completely free call-out to fix it. Any extra weather-related repairs after that are just £10 to cover our fuel.

While we are up at your roofline installing your lights, we will give your gutters a quick, complimentary inspection and let you know if anything needs clearing before winter sets in.

Do you supply the Christmas lights, or do I need to provide them?

We are a professional installation-only service, which means you supply the lights! This gives you complete control over the exact style, colours, and budget of your display. You simply have your chosen lights ready to go, and we handle the climbing, the clipping, and the dangerous ladder work to get them looking perfect on your property.

What happens if my lights stop working after they are put up?

Because we install customer-supplied lights, they can sometimes be older sets or prone to general wear and tear. If your lights stop working during the festive season, we can absolutely come out to investigate the issue and carry out repairs. Please note that troubleshooting or repairing broken lights will incur an additional call-out and repair cost.

What if bad winter weather or high winds knock the lights down?

We know December weather can be brutal! If extreme wind or severe weather knocks your display loose, we will come out and secure them for free on the very first visit. Should you need any further call-outs for weather-related issues after that, we simply charge a small £10 fee per visit just to cover our fuel.

Will the installation process damage my gutters or roofline?

Absolutely not. As exterior property maintenance specialists, protecting your home is our priority. We never use staples, nails, or harsh adhesives. We use specialized, non-invasive clips that safely grip your gutters and fascias, ensuring zero damage. Plus, we are fully insured for all work at height.
